Welcome to Award Bot, owned and operated by SYN-NET. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Award Bot application and any related services (collectively referred to as the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. Description of the App Award Bot is an application designed to facilitate the creation and distribution of virtual awards and recognition within a specified community or organization.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the App: a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations; b) Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity; c) Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers or networks connected to the App; d) Engaging in any activity that could harm or compromise the security or integrity of the App or any user's data; e) Accessing or attempting to access any content or information not intended for you or your use; f) Collecting or storing personal information of other users without their consent; g) Using any automated means, including bots, to access or interact with the App, unless explicitly authorized by SYN-NET.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of SYN-NET and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without the prior written permission of SYN-NET.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. SYN-NET does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYN-NET and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
SYN-NET reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App, or any part thereof, with or without notice. SYN-NET may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive, shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, County of Wise.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SYN-NET regarding the App and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
